Power to Move Fitness is a fully equipped studio and mobile fitness training service in Etobicoke. Head trainer and owner, Leda Grovestine, has been teaching fitness for 20 years and is a National Figure Competitor.

With a background in competitive sports and national level figure competitions, Leda has extensive knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and healthy living. Leda has experience working with many populations including older adults, competitive hockey teams, dancers, and young children. Leda's son plays AAA hockey and her daughter is a competitive dancer!
In addition to running her own studio, Leda taught Pilates Mat and Reformer classes for many years at Pilates studios in Mississauga and continues to teach weekly Pilates mat classes at GoodLife Fitness. Leda taught Pilates for 3 years at Elite (AA) girls training camps and Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) player camps during March Break and August training. She was the Pilates/dryland trainer for the AAA GTHL Mississauga Senators and select West Mall Lightning. Leda worked with competitive dancers at Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance where she taught conditioning and core training at summer intensives and also weekly adult Barre classes.
Close to her heart, Leda is focused on motivating and inspiring children and teens to become active and achieve a lifelong love of fitness and health. For 3 years, Leda ran children's lunch fitness classes at a TCDSB elementary school in Etobicoke and developed Girl EmPower!, a fitness, empowerment, and mindfulness program for girls grades 6-8.
